Although a moisturizer only helps with the superficial layers of the skin by retaining moisture on the surface of the skin and preventing it from evaporating, BellaPierre face serum will actually help the moisturizer penetrate deeper and provide effective hydration.
When should you apply a serum and when should you apply a moisturizer?
If using a face serum, you should use BellaPierre toner before applying the serum, and then wait 5 minutes until the serum is fully absorbed by the skin and then apply the moisturizer in order to seal and get the benefits of the serum. It isn't always necessary to use a face serum with a moisturizer.
Application:
Use AM or PM according to your skincare routine. Apply after toner and before moisturizer. Bellapierre Repair Serum can be used as a moisturizer but for dryer skin types use in addition to a moisturizer.
