This amazing water proof eyeliner DUO comes with a beautiful super black liquid eyeliner for a traditional eyeliner application along with a clear eyeliner which can be mixed with any of Bellapierre mineral shimmers to create the colour of your choice.

Noir Eyeliner
Step 1.
Line the upper lids. Dip into the noir eyeliner container with the applicator brush. Draw a line across the upper lid on the lash line (as close to your lashes as possible while still on the lid). Allow it to dry for 5 seconds before opening your eyes or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye lid.
Step 2.
Line the lower lids. Trace the outside of your eye (close to the lower lashes). Moving from the outside edge inward Draw a line lightly. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, Becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Follow the shape of your eye! It looks more natural.
Bellapierre clear eyeliner base
Dip into the clear eyeliner base container with the applicator brush. Then into the desired color shimmer. Using the lid from the shimmer powder container, mix the color with the clear eyeliner base. Use the same method described above for the application. Always remember to wipe the applicator brush before placing it back into the clear eyeliner base as to not change the color of your base.
